Customised high pressure system for TVH Equipment
In TVH Equipment’s new buildings, the garage has been fitted with a fixed hot water pressure washer. This system ensures powerful and efficient cleaning of equipment, with a particular focus on ease of use and performance.
Powerful cleaning with hot water and detergent
Cleaning is carried out using a pressure washer, which applies soap and hot water under high pressure. Combined with the cleaning product Marine SP, this delivers exceptionally effective degreasing results. Ideal for the thorough cleaning of heavily soiled machinery and components.
Customised solution for maximum comfort
In addition to the high pressure system, a rail suspension was installed. This means there are no longer any hoses on the floor, which not only ensures a tidier working environment but also significantly increases ease of use. Staff can move around easily and safely whilst cleaning.
Furthermore, the technical room remains locked and the entire system can be controlled from outside using a remote control.
Efficient return zone with dual HD unit
For the return of hire equipment, TVH Equipment opted for a dual stationary high-pressure unit. This allows two users to work simultaneously, which significantly speeds up the workflow.
Here too, the same well-thought-out approach was applied, with rail suspension and remote control, ensuring that ease of use and efficiency go hand in hand.
